ASOCIAȚIA LITTLE PEOPLE

Little People Association helps cancer patients from several cities in Romania and the Republic of Moldova. Through the daily activity of specialists and volunteers, over 2.000 children with cancer learn every year to say "No Fear!" in the face of this disease so serious. The association offers daily, from Monday to Sunday, psychosocial support for children and adolescents from 10 oncopediatric departments. Another important program is the “Temerarii Club” - the community of adolescent cancer survivors established in 2006 with the desire to give a strong voice to the young people who have completed the oncological treatment. In addition, the association offers informational support for members and for medical staff and runs a training program for active volunteers in the fight against cancer in children.
